William Gary Salyers, age 57, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born October 9, 1959 in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late Johnnie and Josephine (Haddix) Salyers.–He was a retired mobile home salesman and a member of the Grace Bible Community Church.–Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son: Dwayne Salyers.–One sister: Mary Ann Spicer.–Three brothers: Johnnie Salyers, Jr.-Coy Salyers and Gregory Lyn Salyers.-He is survived by his wife: Brenda (Childers) Salyers of Jackson, KY.–Two sons: Gary (Michelle) Salyers of Jackson, KY.–Travis (Tera) Salyers of Jackkson, KY.–Two sisters: Regina (Charles) Duff of Beattyville, KY.–Tina Sue Douglas of Bardstown, KY.–Three brothers:Bobby Salyers of Jackson, KY.-Donnie (Sonya) Salyers of Jackson, KY.-Paul (Lisa) Salyers of Lexington, KY.–Two grandchildren: Addison Grace Salyers and Travis Mason Salyers.-He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends;–Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Archie Combs officiating. –Burial in the Salyers Family Cemetery, Hwy 30 West, Jackson, KY.–Visitation will begin on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. – Pallbearers: Greg Strong, David Childers, Willie Turner, Darvin Bowling, George Gilbert, Jr. Gilbert.–Honorary Pallbearers: Brad Mullins, Denver Gilbert.
