Vernon Ray Bach, age 71, of Hwy 708 South, Beattyville, KY passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.–He was born April 1, 1946 at Panbowl in Breathitt County, KY and was the son of the late Charles Bach and Amanda (Banks) Bach-Gross.–He also was preceded in death by two brothers: James Bach and Clarence Bach.–He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and heavy equipment operator.–He is survived by his wife: Faye (Sword) Bach of Beattyville, KY.–Two daughters: Sheila Bach-Martin of Beattyville, KY.-Rhonda Bach of Winchester, KY.–Two sisters: Adarine (Ray) Howard of Mt. Carmel, KY.-Lisa Bowen of VA–Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Emmitt Campbell officiating.–Burial in the Rock of Ages Memorial Cemetery, Beattyville, KY.–Visitation will begin on Friday at 6:00 p.m. with additional services at 7:00p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
