Rosa Lee Campbell Neace, age 93, of Ned, KY passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. She was born March 7, 1923 in Perry County, KY and was the daughter of the late Elhannon and Alice (Gwin) Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband: Burnet Neace. One daughter: Joan Neace Southwood. Two sons: Michael D. Neace and Herbert Neace. Six brothers; Ed Campbell, Elmer Watts, Arnold Watts, Williard Watts, Eurshel Watts, and J B Watts. One granddaughter: Amanda Elkins. Son in law: Von Elkins. She is survived by four daughters: Treva Elkins of Richmond, KY. Almeda (Michael) Bowling of Vancleve, KY. Yvonne Neace of Ned, KY. Cricket (Steve) Brewer of Ned, KY. Five sons: Frank (Linda) Neace of Ned, KY. Jake (Connie) Neace of Ned, KY. Ralph (Beverly) Neace of Ned, KY. Timothy (Lupe) Neace of Elk Grove, IL. Terry (Lisa) Neace of Merriville, IN. One brother: Henry (Jessie) Watts, JR of Dayton, OH. Son in law: Don Southwood. 24 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Neace Memorial Church at Ned, KY with Bobby Collins officiating. Burial in the Neace Family Cemetery at Ned, KY. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
