James Golden Vires, age 58, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023 in Jackson, KY. He was born June 9, 1965 in Chicago, IL and was the son of the late Fitch and Mildred Crittendon Vires. He was preceded in death by two sisters: Sue Campbell and Barbara Vires. He is survived by wife: Roberta Caudill Vires of Winchester, KY. His son: Danny Caudill of Winchester, KY. His daughter: Allie Caudill of Winchester, KY. One brother: Fitch Vires of Jackson, KY. Five sisters: Mary Francis of Hardshell, KY; Rose Holder of Jackson, KY, Tammy Vires and Mary Haddix both of Campton, KY and Patricia Ann Neace of Winchester, KY. A special friend: Angela Shepherd of Jackson, KY. Three grandchildren: Caydon Hernandez, Ailyah Hernandez and Alex Caudill. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Gabbard Flat Cemetery at Guerrant, KY with A celebration of life to follow at the Jackson Lions Club at 3:00 pm.
