Bobby True McKinney, age 59, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at his residence in Jackson, KY.  He was born June 21, 1964 in Owsley County and was the son of the late Harold and Molly Riley McKinney.  He was preceded in death by his sisters: Polly McKinney Short and Ruby Tharp.   He is survived by special friends:  Mary Strong and Anthony Ratliff of Jackson, KY.  Two brothers:  Orville McKinney and Harold McKinney, Jr.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the Jackson Cemetery at 2:00 pm with Doug Finley officiating.   Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
