Beulah “Midge” McIntosh Halcomb, age 74, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.–She was born November 2, 1942 in Jackson, KY and was the daughter of the David and Lillie (Riley) McIntosh.–She was preceded in death by her husband: Earl Halcomb.–One sister: Rebecca McIntosh.–Three brothers: David McIntosh, JR.-Paul McIntosh;- Franklin McIntosh.–She is survived by five daughters: Wilma (Frank) Quicksell of Jackson, KY.-Anna Hudson of Clayhole, KY.–Theresa Short of Jackson, KY.-Sherrie (Wayne) Burton of Ellijay, GA; -Tammy (Michael) Thorpe of Beattyville, KY.–Three step children: Darryll (Kim) Halcomb;-Mike (Diana) Halcomb- Patricia Halcomb Farmer.–Two sisters: Della Barnette of Lexington, KY.-Jackie Allen of Jackson, KY.–Two brothers: Oliver “Butch” McIntosh of Nicholasville, KY-John McIntosh of Jackson, KY.–She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and strays.–Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Finley officiating.–Burial in the McIntosh Cemetery, Roark Mountain, Jackson, KY.–Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.–Pallbearers: Grandchildren:–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
