Barbara “Bobbi” Combs-Ratliff, a beloved mother, sister, and friend who lost her battle with cancer and was called up to our Lord on September 2, 2023.   Bobbie is survived by her loving children; Nicole Marie Salgado; Peter Andreas Salgado, III, and Michele Marie Salgado-Dowell; as well as her beloved siblings and in-laws Pamela Butler, husband Ader; Jimmy Dale Combs, wife Charlene; as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins,  A special acknowledgment to Ms. Arielle Martinez, Bobbi’s niece, who diligently cared for her during her fight with cancer.  Bobbi was a very kind, compassionate, caring and loyal mother, sister, and friend.  She lit up any room she entered with her smile and welcoming personality.  She gave unselfishly and was steadfast in her faith in our Savior.  She was outgoing and friendly as well as stubborn and fierce when it came to protecting her family, friends, and pets.

Although her body is no longer on this earth, our family knows she is looking down on us, with her beautiful smile from  Heaven, and is at the side of her beloved father Delmer, mother Rose, and her loyal dog Ginger.  Bobbi, you will be seen in each cardinal, butterfly, and yellow rose until we meet again in Heaven.  A” Celebration of Life ” will be held in Bobbi’s honor on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 10:00 am with Pastor Archie Combs officiating,  Grace Bible Community Church , Highland Road,  Shoulderblade, Kentucky.

Refreshments will proceed after the Celebration of Life Ceremony.  All are welcome. The Combs, Butler and Salgado Families.
