Teresa Ann Cox Keith, age 49, of Canoe, KY passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016 due to auto accident. She was born July 21, 1967 in Campton, KY. She was preceded in death by her father: Eddie Lee “Tony” Cox. Teresa was a graduate of Jackson City School and Berea College. She provided initial assistance with establishing The Breathitt County Museum. She is survived by her husband: Thomas Keith of Canoe, KY. Her mother: Sarah Jane (Kenneth) Bowling of Jackson, KY. One daughter: Tracie Ann Goff Wireman of Campton, KY. Step daughter: Jessica Paige Keith of Paintsville, KY. Two sons: Cory Clay Goff of Jackson, KY. Jaydon Lloyd Keith of Canoe, KY. Two sisters: Pamela Lynn Cox (Drake) Back of Jackson, KY. Jeanne Bowling of Jackson, KY. One special nephew: Dustin Drake (Brook) Back of Buckhorn, KY. One great niece: Kennedy Back of Buckhorn, KY. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with John Bunn officiating. Burial in the Southern Angels Cemetery, Beverly Heights Road, Jackson, KY. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
