Stewart Ray Spicer, age 50, of Stanton, KY and formerly of Jackson passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.  He was born August 2, 1973 in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Leland Spicer and Mary Shelton Spicer Fugate.  He was preceded also in death by his brother: Scottie Spicer.  He is survived by his son:  James (Shiana) Spicer of Jackson, KY. One sister: Joyce Fugate of Hazard, KY and one brother, Sam Spicer of KY.  One granddaughter: Eliana Spicer. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Lonnie Arrowood officiating.  Burial in the T Point Cemetery, Clayhole, KY.   Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until time of service.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
