Polly (Lingley) Shaw, age 60, of Irvine, KY and formerly of Wolfcoal, KY passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY–She was born June 22, 1957 in Newport, KY and was the daughter of the late Harvey and Rosa (Deaton) Lingley.–She is survived by one daughter: Melinda (Clifton) Gross of Buckhorn, KY–One sister: Sue (Mike) Kennedy of Burlington, KY.–A special nephew: Michael Kennedy III–Three grandchildren: Clifton Gross, JR, Ciara Gross and Christian Gross.–Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Turners Creek Mennonite Church at Talbert, KY with Phillip Swartzentruber officating.–Burial in the Alice B. Turner Cemetery at Talbert, KY–Visitation will begin on Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Mennonite Church.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
