Otillia May (Mullins) Hensley, age 49, of Jackson, KY passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.–She was born June 25, 1968 in Middle Port, OH and was the daughter of the late Kelly Mullins.–She was preceded  also in death by her husband: Darrell Lloyd Hensley.–She is survived by her mother: Alice Plantz of Pomeroy, OH.–A very special Friend: (Robert (Pappaw) Collins of Jackson, KY–Two daughters:  Jessica (Seth) Strong of Jackson, KY–Kneva (Elbert) Deaton of Jackson, KY–Two sons: Darrell Hensley, JR and  Daniel Hensley of Jackson, KY . –Two brothers:  Kenny (Roxanne) Mullins of Princeton, KY and Melvin Mullins of Princeton, KY.–Seven grandchildren:  Tara Strong, Trevor Strong, Jenna Strong, Gavin Hensley, Matthew Muncy, Darron Fugate, Aaron Fugate.–Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Finley officiating.–Burial in the Jackson Cemetery.–Visitation will begin of Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.–Pallbearers: Friends and Family.
