Kenneth Gene Combs, age 71, of Booneville, KY and formerly of Altro passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at the Owsley County Nursing Home in Booneville, KY.   He was born April 14, 1952 in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Golie and Mary Pruitt Combs.  He was also preceded in death by his two sons:  Kenneth Combs and Bentley Combs.  One granddaughter: Kathey Noble.  Brothers: Danny Combs, Willie Combs, Levi Bud Combs, Luther Ray Combs, Gary Combs, Jacie Combs and James Combs.   Sisters:  Mrytle Fugate, Minnie Belle Bennett and Edna Mae Moore.  A special nephew: Paul Jason Moore.   He is survived by his long time companion: Jessica Estes of Booneville, KY.  (Mother-in Law) Debbie Estes of Beattyville, KY.   Sons:  Gary Wayne Noble and Eugene “Toby” Noble of Longs Creek, KY; Shawn (Robin) Napier of Louisville, KY.  Daughters: Tina (Billy) Helton of Longs Creek, KY; Christine (Matt) Barker and Suzie (Cassidy) Combs of Booneville, KY; Kim (George) Addison of London, KY;  Step daughters:   Felisa Moore (Justin); Whitney Caudell (Sam), McKenzie Mays and Bailey Estes.   Brothers: Floyd Combs of Altro, KY and Homer Combs of Booneville, KY;  Sisters:  Flossie Stamper of Booneville, KY; Rose Cole of Hazard, KY and Ollie Williams of Hamilton, OH.  Special grandson: Christian (Brianna) Barker of Booneville, KY and Special granddaughter: Heather (John) Helton of Longs Creek, KY.   He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Turner officiating.  Burial in the Belcher and Combs Cemetery, Crockettsville, KY.  Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
