Howard Spicer, age 64, of Jackson, KY passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018 at his residence in Jackson, KY.–He was born February 1, 1954 in Breathitt County, KY and was the son of the late Lee and Martha (Moore) Spicer.–He was preceded in death by one sister:  Krista Spicer.–One brother: Larry Spicer.–He is survived by four sisters:  Robin (Clyde) Hudson of Jackson, KY–Teresa (Doug) Allen of Salyersville, KY–Diana (Dennis) Stacy of Clayhole, KY–Lynette (Stanley) Barnett of Clayhole, KY–One brother: Charles Butch (Cathy) Moore of Jackson, KY.–He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and many other relatives.–A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home.–Interment in the Moore and Spicer Cemetery, Stray Branch Road, Jackson, KY–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
