Frank Campbell, age 81, of Hardshell, KY passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.   He was born November 1, 1944, in Chicago, IL and was the son of the late Chester and Jane Sizemore Campbell.  He was preceded also in death by his brothers: Phillip Campbell and Rex Campbell.

He is survived by two nieces: Teresa Campbell of Jackson, KY and Kimberly Campbell of Hardshell, KY.  Great nephews: Nathan Campbell, Darren Campbell and Toby Campbell.  Great Nieces: Brooklyn Gross, Kedzie Campbell and Desirea Campbell.   He is also survived by a host of other family and friends.

There will be no services at this time.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
