Elbert Harvey, JR, age 62, of Beattyville, KY passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.-He was born January 19, 1957 at Ary, KY and was the son of the late Elbert and Hazel (Hayes) Harvey.- He was preceded also in death by two sisters:  Miranda Locke and Anna Mae Harvey.-He is survived by his wife: Janis (Deaton) Harvey of Beattyville, KY.-One daughter: Tonya (Kenneth) Sizemore of Booneville, KY-One son: Billy (Jennifer) Harvey of Jackson, KY.-One step son: Jamie Lance of Beattyville, KY.-Three sisters: Laura J. Hall of AL; Gladys Clark of Campton, KY; Audrey Trent of Mt. Sterling, KY.-Three brothers: Charley (Betty) Harvey of Mt. Sterling, KY;Archie Harvey of Hazel Green, KY-Alan Harvey of Jackson, KY.-One brother in law: Harold Harvey of Campton, KY-Eight grandchildren: Jordan (Jack) Smith; Joshua Harvey; Dovie Sue Harvey; Nevaeh Raine Harvey; Emily Sizemore, Madison Sizemore, Kendra Sizemore, Hunney Ray Lance.-One great grandson: Carson Kyle Smith.- One special nephew: Harold “Shorty” Harvey, JR.-Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Buddy Johnson officiating.-Burial in the Deaton Cemetery at Beattyville, KY.-Viistation will begin on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers: Family and Friends
