Buck Edward Miller, age 70, of Hazard, KY passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026 at the UK Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY.  He was born May 16, 1956 in Breathitt County and was the son of the late Katie June Campbell Smith.  Preceded also in death by stepmother: Bonnie Jean Miller.  Sisters:  Rachel Miller, Geraldine Fugate, Della Mae Fugate, Rinda Sue Miller.  Grandson: Anthony Keith Haddix.

He is survived by his father: Arnold Miller of Jackson, KY.  He is also survived by a large host of other family and extended family members, friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Barnett officiating.  Burial in the Flint Ridge Cemetery, Russell Branch, Clayhole, KY.  Visitation will begin of Sunday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Pallbearers:  Family
