Anna was more like a sister than an aunt. We moved to GA from KY when I was just 6 and she was 16. We shared a bedroom together, in later years she taught me how to drive a stick-shift in her VW...She was always my \'go-to\' whenever I had something important happen, good or bad, she was the first one I would think to call. Everyone who knew her knew she was an angel. I will miss her deeply, but know I will see her in Heaven again one day.

Anna was like my sister instead of my aunt. We moved to Georgia together around 1963 when I was 6 and she was 16, We shared a bedroom for awhile, she taught me how to drive a stick-shift with her VW later when I was 14 or so. When I left KY at 23, she and her husband Ralph welcomed me into their home in Jacksonville. She was my 'go-to' anytime I had a problem or experienced an achievement.....I always called her first. She will me so missed by so many, but left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. I was blessed to spend her last days with her in Foley, Alabama. We had many laughs and reminisced about fun times before she died on August 23. I am at peace however, knowing where she is and knowing I will see her again.
