Alan Harvey, age 72, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.  He was born November 13, 1952, at Hardshell, KY and was the son of the late Elbert and Hazel (Hayes) Harvey.  He was preceded in death by his wife: Sharon Dee Harvey.  One brother: Elbert Harvey, Jr and two sisters:  Miranda Locke and Anna Mae Harvey.   He is survived by two brothers:  Charley (Betty) Harvey of Mt. Sterling, KY and Archie Harvey of Hazel Green, KY.  Three sisters:  Laura J. Hall of AL, Gladys Clark of Campton, KY and Audrey Trent of Mt. Sterling, KY.  Two stepsons:  William (Carolyn) Boggs, Jr of Hazel Green, KY and Wendal Boggs of OK.  One stepdaughter:  Clara (Kirt) Box of OK.  Six step grandchildren:  Sharon Marie (Brandon) Dunn, William Alan (Aimee) Boggs, Wayde Austin (Nevaeh) Boggs and Hannah Boggs, Karisha Jayde McKinney and Kaitlyn Elaine (Justin) Riley.  Seven step great grandchildren.  He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.  There will be no services at this time.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
