Charolette Manns Joseph, age 49, passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born May 31, 1967 in Campton, KY and was the daughter of the late Okie Manns. She was a longtime employee with the Breathitt County Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband: Roger Joseph of Jackson, KY. One daughter: Jessica Nicole Joseph of Jackson, KY. Her mother: Pauline (Ray) Hasenger of Mt. Sterling, KY. One sister: Carmie Sue (Nicholas) Dawson of Lexington, KY. Two brothers: George (Tommi) Manns of Williamsburg, KY and Chester (Pamela) Manns of Jackson, KY. Special friends: Eva Spencer, Billie Combs, Lucille Goe, Jackie Allen and Woodrow Haddix. A CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Breathitt County Senior Citizens facility in Jackson, KY.
