Ruby Alice Stamper, age 72, of New Richmond, Ohio entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in Covington. Ruby was born on Sunday, December 28, 1952, in Covington, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Stamper in 1976.
Visitation is from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm, on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home – Covington, 1129 Garrard Street, Covington (41011). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 5:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another’s company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Stamper-Turner Cemetery at Canoe, Breathitt County, Kentucky on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Noon with Deaton Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements
