Olie McIntosh, age 74, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Hazard ARH of an extended illness.  He was born March 11, 1951, at Ary, KY and was the son of the late Samuel “Sam” McIntosh and Alice Mullins McIntosh.  He also was preceded in death by his brothers: Green McIntosh, Samuel McIntosh, Jr; George McIntosh.  Sisters: Katherine Honchel, Adna Mae Dellessandro, Mary Jane Tomlinson and Treva McIntosh.  He is survived by his wife: Barbara Jane McIntosh of Jackson, KY.  Son: Michael McIntosh of Jackson, KY.  Daughter: Crystal (Andrew) Sewell of Jackson, KY.  Brother: Chester McIntosh of Beattyville, KY and sister: Minerva Lovely of FL.  Two grandsons: Tatyn Skidmore and Landon Sewell.   He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Finley officiating.  Burial in the Haddix Cemetery, INC at Haddix, KY.  Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00-9:00 pm.
