Johnny Wayne McIntosh, age 61, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the Hazard ARH of a short illness.  He was born February 20, 1964, in Campton, KY and was the son of the late Harlan and Alice Riley McIntosh.  He was preceded also in death by his brothers: Price Jr McIntosh and James Earl McIntosh.  His sister: Nancy Sharon Akers.  He is survived by his brother: Paul Edward (Linda) McIntosh of Jackson, KY.  His sisters: Elvira Jean Deaton of Jackson, KY.  Martha Reed and Cathy Sizemore, both of Beattyville, KY.  Mary Jo Schubert of Cincinnati, OH.  Special friends: Johnny and Crystal Combs.  He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Combs, David McIntosh, and Dennis Henson officiating.  Burial in the Henson Cemetery, Panbowl Hill Road, Jackson, KY.  Visitation will begin on Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 pm.
