Harold was one of a kind. He was a life long friend and supporter. He was intelligent, compassionate and generous. He loved his family and his adopted community of Breathitt County. Summer’s will never be the same but I am thankful I got to spend the time I did with Harold. A dark cloud will hover over Jackson for a long time because we have lost one of Jackson’s most distinguished and faithful citizens.
