Michael Southwood, age 54, of Jackson, KY passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021, at his residence in Jackson, KY.-He was born November 18, 1966, at Hazard, KY, and was the son of the late Brownlow and Thelma Faye Couch Southwood.- He was preceded in death also by a brother: Charles Couch.-He is survived by his wife: Crystal Clemons Southwood of Jackson, KY.- Daughters: Michaela Raye Southwood (James Pelfrey) of Jackson, KY and Toni Deanna Hollan of Jackson, KY.- One son: Kyle Gross.-One sister: Alicia Potter of Jackson, KY. Two grandchildren: Hailey Anna Roberts and Caiden Ray Pelfrey.-Special Friend: Joshua Hogg.-Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with John Bunn officiating.-Burial in the Tharp Cemetery, Alonzo Noble Road, Haddix, KY.-Visitation will begin on Friday at 11:00 am until time of service.-Deaton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers; Joshua Hogg, James Pelfrey, Josh Ritchie, Ray Clemons.
