Debra Gail Haddix

Debra Gail Haddix, age 63, of Hwy 1110 Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-She was born January 6, 1958, and was the daughter of the late Cleo Smith and Betty Stamper Turner.-She was also preceded in death by her husband: Clint Haddix.-One brother: Rick Manious.-She is survived by one son: Pryce Gregory Hollan of Winchester, KY.-Two grandchildren: Arlie Hollan and Shyanna Faye Hollan.-Two sisters: Donna Deaton of Old Buck, KY and Pam Baker of Jackson, KY.-One brother: Randall Turner of Haddix, KY.-Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Raymond Moore officiating.-Burial in the Haddix Cemetery, Haddix Fork, Jackson, KY.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Visitation will be on Tuesday at 11:00 am until time of service. COVID-19 regulations will be observed.
