Crystal Lynn Howard, age 35, of Lexington, KY and formerly of Breathitt County, KY passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020, in Lexington, KY.-She was born September 21, 1984, in Hyden, KY. -She was preceded in death by a son: Elijah Howard.- Her mother: Lola Napier Spencer.-Stepfather: Albert Benjamin Hollan.-Maternal grandmother: Thelma Napier.-Maternal Nephew: Ricky Bradley.-She is survived by two sons: Luke Lewis and Jacob Ray Parks of Lexington, KY.-Father: Ollie Smith of Jackson, KY.-Two sisters: Monica (Roger) Risner of Rochester, IN.-Jamie Jo (Ricky) Bradley of Knox, IN.-Stepfather: Wayne Spencer of IN. Three nieces: Amber Lynn, Lilly Ann, Seanna Lynn. -Three nephews: Kyle, Jesse, Dylan; Three great-nephews: Lucas, Noah, Ryder.-Stepsister: Chasity Faye Spencer of Jackson, KY -Step Brother: Goley Wayne Spencer of Jackson, KY . Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with eulogy by family and friends.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
