Donna Lorraine Haddix Perry

Donna Lorraine Haddix Perry, age 56, of Fort Wayne, IN ascended to Heaven January 17, 2020, at Parkview North Hospital in Fort Wayne.-She was born June 3, 1963, in Chicago, IL and was the daughter of the late Alonzo Haddix.- She was preceded also in death by one brother: Charles Edward Haddix-Maternal grandparents Ida and Elbert Jewell and Paternal grandparents Thomas and Hazel Haddix.-A vivacious young girl, Donna attended Arrow Beauty School.  She is survived by her husband: Paul Perry of Fort Wayne, IN -Her mother: Pearl Ella ( Jewell) Haddix of Fort Wayne, IN. Three daughters:  Kristy Perry of Hammond, IN; Katie Perry and Karriann Perry of Fort Wayne, IN.-Four sons: Jeffrey (Kara) Haddix, Paul Perry, Jason Perry, and Vincent Perry all of Fort Wayne, IN.-One sister: Deborah Haddix Allen of Nashville, TN.-One brother: Ernest Haddix of Fort Wayne, IN.-Three  aunts: Loretta Noble of Dayton, OH,  Gladys Fugate of Winchester, KY and Olga Haddix-Getsch of Independence, KY.-One uncle: David Haddix.-Fifteen  grandchildren. -She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.-Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Wagner officiating.-Burial in the T Point Cemetery at Clayhole, KY.-Visitation will begin on Saturday from 9:00 a.m-10:00 a.m. for family and from 10:00 a.m. to time of service for public.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
