Rita Mae Thomas Johnson, age 62, of Paris, Ky and formerly of Jackson passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at the Edgemont Healthcare Center in Cynthiana, KY.-She was born August 1, 1957, in Breathitt County and was the daughter of the late Reed Thomas, JR, and Rosa Mae McIntosh.-She was preceded in death by her husband: Floyd Grover Johnson and one brother: Freddie Thomas.-She is survived by one daughter: Rana Elizabeth Ritchie (Anthony King) of Paris, KY.-Three step daughters: Rebecca Lynn (Michael) Bellis and Sabrina (Jon) Willis of Lexington, KY.-Stephine Johnson of Winchester, KY.-One son: Ryan Douglas Ritchie of Canada.-Three step sons: Jason Eugene Osborne and Freddie James Johnson of Jackson, KY, -Damien Spicer of Campton, Ky.-One brother: James Edward Thomas of OH.- A host of grandchildren.-Fuenral services will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Gordon Little officiating.-Burial in the High Top Cemetery, Stray Branch Road, Jackson, KY.-Visitation will begin on Sunday at 5:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
