Johnathan Bradley Trent, age 26, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, October 11, 2019, at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.-He was born January 27, 1993, in Lexington, KY, but was raised in the Curt Community of Jackson until moving into the city of Jackson two years ago.-He worked as a floor hand for Jiffy Mart, his second family.-He loved life, always smiling and optimistic.-His family and friends were his focus and priority.-He loved alternative music, camping and especially the ocean.-He was his mother’s best friend.-He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Conley Trent.-He is survived by his mother and stepfather: Christy (Gayheart) and Robert Combs of Hazard, KY.-His father: Jeffrey Allen Trent of Jackson, KY.–Maternal grandparents: George Delynn and Deborah Gayheart of Topmost, KY.-His paternal grandmother: Gladys Haddix of Jackson, KY.-One brother: Christopher Allen (Jeannie) Trent of Jackson, KY-One sister: Kimberly Madison Trent of Jackson, KY.-Four Maternal Aunts: Sarah Gayheart, Rebecca Gayheart, Hannah Gayheart; Jodii Gayheart.-Three Paternal Aunts:  Tammy (Keith) Couch, Crystal (Chris) Turner, Misty Ritchie.-One uncle: Zach (Haley) Gayheart.-Two very special nieces: Bexley Trent and Roki Trent.-Special friends and family “Brad” would want mentioned.-Carol Chaney, Leslie Spencer, Steven Noble, Dylan (April) Spencer, Jordan Turner, Remington Marshall, Landon Gayheart, Cayleigh Gayheart, Johnny Collins.-Memorial services and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with eulogy by family and friends.-Visitation will begin on Saturday at 4:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
