James Prater

James Prater, age 41, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.-He was born June 2, 1978 in Hazard, KY.-He was preceded in death by one son: Nathial James Prater. -He is survived by his parents: Dial and Sheila (Clemons) Prater of Jackson, KY. -One brother: Michael Prater of Jackson, KY.-He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.-Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with James Southwood officiating.-Burial in Jackson Cemetery.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 5:00 pm. -Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
