Lillie Maude (Smith) Slone, age 71, of Jackson, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-She was born S,eptember 29, 1947 in Perry County, KY and was the daughter of the late Billy and May (Stidham) Smith.-She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles “Ned” Slone and one daughter: April Farler.-She is survived by five daughters: Tammy (Clyde) Miller of Hazard, KY.-Judy (Buddy) Griffith of Buckhorn, KY.-Wanda (Krouc) Noble of Haddix, KY-Erica (Justin) Haddix of Lost Creek, KY.-Kristy (William) Noble of Jackson, KY; One son: Michael (Tabbi) Slone of Russellville, KY.-One sister: Carol Bowling of Gays Creek, KY.-Three brothers: Donnie Smith of Krypton, KY-Billy Ray Smith of Booneville, KY-Dale Smith of Gays Creek, KY.- She is also survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and many special friends at the Nim Henson Geriatric Center.-Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Altro Church of God, Altro, KY with Chris Turner and Phillip Swartzentruber officiating.-Burial in the Smith and Stidham Cemetery, Gays Creek, KY.- Visitation will begin at the church on Friday at 5:00 p.m. with additional services at 7:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
