Tammy Ann (Napier) Howard, age 44, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.-She was born October 8, 1974 in Hazard, KY and was the daughter of the late Horace and Florence (Miller) Napier.-She was preceded also in death by one sister: Kimberly Watkins.-She is survived by her husband: Carl Clemons of Jackson, KY-Three daughters: Hope Howard of Jackson, KY-Kasey Howard and Cassie Howard of Decoy, KY-Two stepdaughters: Teea Clemons and Carla Clemons of Salyersville, KY-Two sons: Alex Howard of Decoy, KY-Carl Aaron Clemons of Jackson, KY-One sister: Regina (Shannon) Lovely of Jackson, KY-One brother: Horace (Paula) Napier of Stanton, KY.-Special friend: Larry Spencer: One grandson: Wesley Howard.-Nieces and nephews: Alexis Johnson, Natasha Hurt, Jacob Johnson, Joshua Hurt, Ray Hurt, Evan Lovely, Ethan Lovely, Eric Lovely.-Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Southfork Untied Baptist Church at Wilstacy, KY with Paul Smith, Sherman Clemons and Harold Clemons officiating.-Burial in the Ben Smith Cemetery at Portsmouth, KY.-Visitation will begin on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at the church.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
