Deloise (Haddix) McIntosh

Deloise (Haddix) McIntosh, age 82, of Wolverine, KY passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY.-She was born July 12, 1936 in Breathitt County, KY and was the daughter of the late Seldon and Lizzie (Perkins) Haddix.- She was preceded in death by her husband: Walter D. McIntosh.-Four sisters: Georgia Young, Wilma Faye Pelfrey, Lillie Hounshell and Gladdelene Haddix.-Four brothers: Seldon JR Haddix, Bill Haddix, Paul Haddix, Walter Haddix.- She is survived by two daughters: Martha (Virgil) Barnes of Wolverine, KY.-Rita Faye Smith of Jackson, KY.-One sister:Maddelene (Jim) Campbell of Columbus, IN.-Four grandchildren: Brian Smith, Brandon Smith, Samantha (Josh) Campbell, Ashley Raye (Josh) Trent.-She is also survived by a host of great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends.-Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with John Bunn officiating.-Burial in the Seldon Haddix Cemetery, Hounshell Road, Wolverine, KY.-Visitation to begin on Monday at 6:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
