Leslie Dale Johnson, age 50, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.-He was born February 26, 1968 in Campton, KY.-He is survived by his father: James Johnson of Jackson, KY and mother Naomi (McFarland) Johnson of Jackson, KY-One daughter: Amanda Smith of Dayton, OH.-One sister: Mary Cindy (Sean) Morris of Campton, KY-One brother: James Grover Johnson of Jackson, KY.-Special Friend: Zelda Smith of Georgetown, KY-Two grandchildren: Sabrina Smith and Dustin Smith.-Two special nieces: Kayla Romero and Nicole Morris.-Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Moore officiating.-Visitation to begin on Monday at 5:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
