Iona Faye (Sword) Bach, age 72, of Beattyville, KY departed this earthly life on Monday, February 11, 2019 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.-She was born June 15, 1946 at Rousseau, KY and was the daughter of the late Willis and Lillie (Howard) Sword.-She was preceded in death by her husband: Vernon Ray Bach.-One sister: Lauretta Gross.-She is survived by two daughters: Sheila Bach Martin of Beattyville, KY-Rhonda Bach of Winchester, KY.-One sister: Joyce (Ron) Downs of Brewton, AL.-Six brothers: Troy Sword, Roy (Alma) Sword, Ray (Bessie) Sword and Danny (Sue Carol) Sword all of Jackson, KY-Bill (Irene) Sword of Beattyville, KY-Eddie (Marlene) Sword of Campton, KY- One grandson: Sebastian Bach.-Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Calvin Spicer officiating.-Burial in the Rock of Ages Cemetery, Beattyville, KY-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers: Friends and Family
