Yvonne Denise Fugate, age 43, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Nim Henson Nursing Home in Jackson, KY-She was born November 3, 1975 in Chicago, IL and was the daughter of the late Larry Joseph and Joyce Inez (Burgess) Fugate.-She is survived by her fiancee’: Keith Commuso of Jackson, KY-Step father: Charles Bowles of IN.-One daughter: Lillian Nix of Fairland, IN-Two sons: Seth Counceller (Savanna Basham) of Rushville, IN-Jakob Michael Swain of Rushville, IN-One sister: Dawn Marie Fugate of Jackson, KY-One brother: Wayne (Amanda) Fugate of Jackson, KY-Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Barnett officiating.-Burial in the Miller and Prater Cemetery at Portsmouth, KY-Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
