Samuel Howard Adams, age 56, of Smiths Grove, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018.–He was born August 17, 1961 at Buckhorn, KY  and was the son of the late Greenberry and Dorothy (Abner) Adams.–He was preceded in death by one brother: Harold Adams.–He is survived by his long time companion:  Mary Marquez. Three sons: James Adams of Smiths Grove, KY–Zack (Ashley) Richards of Bowling Green, KY– Dacoyte (Sarah) Richards of Park City, KY–One sister: Patsy (Mark) Herald of Hamilton, OH–Five brothers:  Elmer Ray (Donna) Adams of Booneville, KY–Jerry (Beatrice) Adams of Morris Fork, KY-Vernon Adams of Booneville, KY–Eugene (Pam) Adams of Jackson, KY–Darrell (Crystal) Adams of Bowling Green, KY–Four grandchildren:  Kennedy and Kanaan of Bowling Green, KY:  Noah and Johnnie of Park City, KY–Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Morris Fork Chapel, Morris Fork, KY with Leslie Abner officiating.–Burial in the Abner Cemetery, Otter Creek, Buckhorn, KY–Visitation will begin on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the church.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
