Elbert Clinton Fugate, age 45, of Clay City, KY passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 in Clay City due to an auto accident.–He was born November 9, 1972 at Campton, KY and was the son of the late Franklin Fugate.–He is survived by his mother: Geraldine (Spencer) Fugate of Jackson, KY.–Three daughters:  Courtney (Justin) Addison of Jackson, KY-Kinsey Fugate (Dallas Gross) of Jackson, KY–Farrah Fugate of Clay City, KY–Fiancee’ Stephanie Sizemore of Clay City, KY-  One sister: Marlene (Phillip) Allen of Jackson, KY-One brother: Franklin Wayne (Dorthy) Fugate of Mt. Sterling, KY–Two grandchildren:  Micah Addison and Canyon Addison of Jackson, KY–Four nephews:  Taylor Fugate of Mt. Sterling, KY–Dustin Allen, Jason Allen of Jackson, KY, Luke Cockerham of Mt. Sterling, KY.–Great Nieces and Nephews:  Tristan Davis, Payton Fugate, TayLynn Fugate, Oliver Cockerham.–A host of aunts, uncles, many other loving relatives and friends.–Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Sword officiating.–Burial in the Lawson Cemetery at Mt. Carmel, KY.–Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 10  at 5:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.–Pallbearers: Nephews; Son in law and  Bob Bailey.
