Wesley Herald, age 78, of Houston, KY passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. -He was born May 14, 1939 at Houston, KY and was the son of the late Alex and Bertha (Spicer) Herald. –Wesley was a US Army Veteran, and a retired factory worker.–He was an avid camper and fisherman and a real woodsman.–He was preceded also in death by three sisters and their husbands: Sarah Mae (Nathan) Jones.-Rosan (Frank) Mullins,-Nancy (Willis) Turner. Brothers in law: Arch Turner and Jack Turner.–He is survived by his wife: Rosie (Turner) Herald of Houston, KY–Three sisters: Dora Turner, Rebecca Baker and Nettie (Willie) Turner all of Houston, KY–One brother: Herbert (Judy) Herald of Houston, KY.–Two sisters in law: Annabel Turner and Wanda Turner.–Brother in law: Ernie (Cynthia) Turner.–He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews to mourn his passing.–Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Turner officiating..–Burial in the McIntosh Cemetery at Houston, KY–Visitation will begin on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. –Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.– Pallbearers: Willie Turner, Herbert Herald, Ernie Turner, Donald Turner, Archie Turner, Tristan Turner, John Baker, Anthony Turner, Jamie Turner, Randy Dozier and Friends. |
