Polly Dunn left her earthly home and entered her heavenly home on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Care Center in Hazard, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel Madden and Phillip Swartzentruber officiating.  Burial in the Jackson Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm until time of service.  Deaton Funeral in charge of arrangements.
