Johnie Faye Howard

Johnie Faye Allen Howard, age 80, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the UK Healthcare Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, KY.  She was born January 22, 1944, at Altro, KY and was the daughter of the late John and Martha Strong Allen.  She was preceded in death also by her son: John Robert Howard.  Her brother:  Woodrow Allen.  Faye was the deputy clerk for the PVA office of Breathitt County.  She is survived by her husband: Robert Howard of Jackson, KY.  Her daughter: JoDean Howard of Jackson, KY.  Two sisters: Geraldean Allen of Franklin, OH and Julia Howard of Springboro, OH.  One grandson:  Michael Braxton Howard of Jackson, KY.  Daughter-in-law: Michelle Howard of Jackson, KY.  Sister-in-law: Sue Allen of Georgetown, KY.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Lansaw officiating.  Burial will be in the Haddix Cemetery, Inc at Haddix, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00-8:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
