Ruby Faye Henson

Ruby Faye Henson, age 72, of Talbert, KY passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at her residence.  She was born March 2, 1951 at Beach, KY and was the daughter of the late Charlie and Hazel McIntosh Deaton.  She was preceded also in death by her daughter: Tonya Johnson.   Her brothers: Delbert Deaton, Gran Deaton and J.M. Deaton.  Her sisters: Nellie Deaton, Sallie Deaton, Joyce Ann Partin.  She is survived by her husband: Warren Henson of Talbert, KY.  Her daughter: Jennifer (Roy Oakley) Herald of Talbert, KY.  Sisters:  Lula Jean Herald, Louise Herald and Juanita Raleigh of Jackson, KY and  Dora Mae Barrett of IN.  Her son-in-law:  Terry Johnson of Morehead, KY.  Grandchildren:  McKenzie Herald, Carter Herald, Tate Johnson, Tadd Johnson.  She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Krouc Noble and Phillip Swartzentruber officiating.  Burial in the Johnnie Griffith Cemetery, Sebastians Branch, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
