Isaiah Aiden Xavier James Tyler Campbell, age 1 month 26 days, of Grapevine, KY passed away on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016 at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, KY. He is survived by his parents: Tyler and Jennifer Campbell. One sister: Arianna Campbell and one half brother: Bentlee Campbell. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Monroe Noble officiating. Burial in the Fugate Cemetery, Duck Hollow Road, Lost Creek, KY. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
