Woodrow Wilson Deaton, age 95, of Lexington, KY and formerly of Breathitt County passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 at the St. Joseph Hospice Care Center in Lexington, KY. He was born August 24, 1920 at Beech, KY and was the son of the late Brantley and Sarah Sallie (Raleigh) Deaton. He was preceded in death by wife: Edna Faye (Mosley) Deaton. Three daughters: Joan Deaton, Theresa Deaton and Caron Lynn Deaton. Three sisters: Aggie (Ossie) Turner and Armine (Johnny) Bowling and Elizabeth (Lizzie) Deaton. Nine brothers: Joseph Deaton, Edward (Mary) Deaton; John Maco (Thelma) Deaton; William (Mary) Deaton; Samuel (Verna) Deaton; Charley Deaton; James (Florence) Deaton; Logan (Hetty Ann) Deaton and Granville Deaton. Daughter-in-law: Beatrice Kay Deaton. He is survived by two sons: Raleigh Edward Deaton of Lexington, KY and Dale Wilson (Bobbi) Deaton of Versailles, KY. Four grandchildren: Jennifer Williams, Holleigh Sharp, Ryan Deaton and Michelle Casteel. Nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Charles Deaton officiating. Burial in the Jackson Cemetery. Visitation will begin at Noon on Wednesday.
