Tara Lynn Neace Patton, age 45, of Jackson, KY passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.–She was born October 29, 1972 in Campton, KY and was the daughter of the late David Neace.-Tara was a former billing clerk at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY and a member of the Rosedale Church in Campton, KY.–She is survived by her husband: Kevin Patton of Jackson, KY-Her mother: Wilma Jean Neace of Jackson, KY-One daughter: Holly Patton of Jackson, KY-One son: Wesley Neace of Jackson, KY-One sister: Regina (Doug) Gross of Jackson, KY-Two brothers: David Neace and James “Dougie” Neace of Jackson, KY-Three nieces: Tiffany Helton, Haley Patton, Courtney Patton.-Three nephews: Nathan Neace, Zach Gross, Austin Neace.-One special great niece: Kinley Helton.–Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Fred Finley, James Morris and Steve Kilborn officiating.-Burial in the Fugate and Noble Cemetery, Ganderbill Road, Watts, KY-Visitation will begin on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
