Stella Haddix, age  90, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Morgan County ARH in West Liberty, KY.  She was born October 16, 1933 at South Fork in Breathitt County and was the daughter of the late Sewell and Vicie Clemons Fugate.  She was also preceded in death by her husband: Reed Haddix.  Daughter-in- law: Kimberly Haddix.  Several brothers and sisters and one great grandchild.  She is survived by two sons:  Paul (Mary Jo) Haddix of Beattyville, KY and David Haddix of Jackson, KY.  Two daughters:  Rita (Toby) Arnold of West Liberty, KY and Linda (Mike) Curtis of London, KY.   Twelve grandchildren:  Natasha Haddix, Shirley Reed Haddix, Melissa Potter, Carolyn (Lou) Combs, Brianna Haddix, Paul Douglas Haddix, Jr. ; Elisha Spellings, Cody (Kellyn) Castro, Tara (Jon) Campbell, Taylor Sword, Andrew Arnold, Hayley Davidson.   Twelve great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Clay Gross officiating. Burial in Jackson Cemetery.   Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until time of service.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
