Shirley Ann Hamblin Hicks, age 73, of Whick, KY passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.–She was born October 19, 1943 at Whick, KY and was the daughter of the late Daymon and Essie (Arrowood) Moore.–She was preceded in death by her husband: Oakie Hicks.–One son: Ronald Gerald Hamblin.-One brother: Leon Moore and his wife Peggy Moore–She is survived by one daughter: Rhonda Hamblin of Taylor, MI.–One son: Mark (Rena) Hamblin of Jackson, KY.–Two sisters: Barbara Herald and Irene Moore of Whick, KY.–Five brothers: Obie (Pat) Moore; Kido (Marineus) Moore; Glenn (Mary) Moore and Bill (Karen) Moore of Whick, KY.–Daymon (Brenda) Moore, JR of Jackson, KY–Five grandchildren: Ashley (Al) Zayat, Joseph Hamblin, Courtney Hamblin, Dylan Cole and Kaylee Pease.–Two great grandchildren: Rabiah Zayat and Noah Zayat.–Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Raymond Moore officiating.–Burial in the White and Francis Cemetery at Whick, KY.–Visitation will begin on Friday at 5:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
