Ruban Edward Puckett, 33, of Georgetown, KY and formerly of Breathitt County passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2016 in Lexington, KY. He was born August 7, 1983 in Lexington, KY. He was employed as a fork lift operator for Toyota. He is survived by his wife: Chyna Riley Puckett of Georgetown, KY. One son: Edward Lance Puckett. His mother: Nancy Puckett.
