Ronnie Chaney, age 59, of Haddix Fork Road, Jackson, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 ,at the Hazard ARH.–He was born April 11, 1958, in Breathitt County, KY and was the son of the late Harlan and Polly Ann (Stamper) Chaney.–He was preceded in death by his wife: Jackie Chaney. –One son:  Christopher Jordan Chaney.–Two sisters:  Georgia Turner and Mattie Stamper.–Two brothers: Vernel Stamper and Jerry Stamper.–He is survived by one daughter:  Deana (Billy) Sword of Beattyville, KY–One son:  Ronnie Joseph  Chaney  (Lucy Hollon) of Jackson, KY.–Three sisters:  Laura Jane (Elmer) Riley of Cynthiana, KY–Fairy (Donnie) Combs of Saldee, KY.-Connie (Jerry) Hawkins of IN.–One brother: John (Helen) Turner.–Four grandchildren:  Alyssa and Hunter Sword.-Heavenly and Lilly Hollon.–A special niece: Billie Gail Neace and a host of nieces and nephews.–Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at the Wolfcoal Church of Christ, Wolfcoal, KY with Willie John Turner officiating.–Burial in the Bud Bowling Cemetery at Canoe, KY.–Visitation will begin Saturday at 4:00 p.m at the church. –Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
