Ronald Jay Leece, age 55, of Jackson, KY passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 in Jackson, KY.-He was born December 16, 1962 in Franklin, KY and was the son of the late Robert Lee and Dorothy Tillett Leece.  He was also preceded in death by his adoptive parents:  Cletus and Julie Agee.  One sister: Bobbie Florian.- One brother: Robert Lee Leece, JR.–Ronald was a United States Army Veteran and truck driver for Methodist Mountain Mission in Jackson, KY.-He is survived by his wife: Pamala (Robinson) Leece of Jackson, KY-Step mother: Carolyn Leece of TN. One daughter: Bridget Leece of Winchester, KY-One step daughter: Paula (Gary) Johnston of Jackson, KY. One step son: John Mitchell Potter of Rochester, IN.–Three sisters: Donna Hill of Versailles, KY- Nancy Thomas of Nicholasville, KY and Dora Wells of OH.  -Two step sisters: Debbie Robinson and Missy Chadwick of TN.–Four brothers: Michael Noel of Frankfort, KY-Timothy Leece, Anthony Leece and Terry Leece all of TN.–One step brother: Richard Gibson of TN.–Four grandchildren:  Taylor Potter ( Calvin Terry); Jadelynn Johnston, Isaiah Gonzales and Isabella Ashburn.-Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Emmitt Campbell officiating.–Burial in the Robinson Cemetry, Fire Trail Road, Jackson, KY–Visitation will begin on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. with additional services at 7:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers:  Calvin Terry, Gary Johnston, James oaks, Don Richart, Cody Wagers, David Childers, Brian Smith.
